Chances are you probably follow quite a few fashion and beauty bloggers on Instagram. Lately we’ve been obsessing over the way that many of them so expertly style photos of things in their every day lives. The good news here? Styling photos like your favorite bloggers is easier than you might think.
One of the most important things to think of when you’re writing your blog is: ‘how you want your target audience to connect with you?’ To support this connection it’s important that your blog is authentic and recognizable. If you’re blogging about your personal experiences, why don’t you add some pictures of yourself? Is your favourite colour orange? Make sure it comes back in every post of yours.
First, I have to call out immediately that within the last 1 to 3 years you get no advantage for SEO utilizing either tool. Google has completely changed its strategy so that internal formatting such as tagging, long-tail keywords and metadata within the HTML is not nearly as important as the authoritative content you write and highlight. You can build rank directly with content , so, I’m not going to dig deep into the template structures other than to reinforce that content rules today. (For more information I agree with this SEO article generally but not as much with the keyword sections). This is an even tie for both tools.
Another great reason to get more hits to your blog is the cash it can bring in. You can even get paid to blog. Several sites allow you to add Google AdSense to any blog you make. Readers come to your blog and see ads that are contextually linked to your subject matter. When they click these links, you get paid. I am even making over $100 a day on one of my blogs. All from promoting it with a friend adding program on MySapce.
The last two points are solid gold. Almost every newbie blogger makes these mistakes, especially not monetizing blog from day 1. This point is underrated. No problogger talks about it. I think every blogger should think about monetizing their blog from day 1 rather waiting for traffic. It lets them experiment different monetization ways and find out what works for them.
